S Scratchy

For convenience-store and gas-station operators

Scratch-off theft, caught the same day.

Lottery tickets are cash. Your POS can’t see them being cashed and the lottery terminal won’t tell you. Scratchy sits on the scan path at both machines and reconciles the two.

Three ways tickets walk out the door

Every one of these is invisible to a POS, an inventory count, and to camera footage nobody watches.

How it works

  1. 01

    Sits on the scanner cable

A small box goes inline between the barcode scanner and the register — and another at the lottery terminal. No integration, no vendor approval, nothing to install on regulated hardware.

  2. 02

Reads every sale and every payout

It is the only thing in the store that sees both sides of a ticket’s life. Sales are logged as they ring up; redemptions are logged as they cash out — without ever delaying a payout.

  3. 03

Tells you when the two disagree

A ticket cashed that was never sold. A run of tickets skipped in the middle of a pack. A ticket from one of your stores paid out at another. You hear about it the same day, not at settlement.

The lottery terminal is never delayed or blocked. A payout that is owed gets paid — Scratchy only watches and records.
